Responsibilities

Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and financial transactions.
Month-End Close - Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial statements are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Budgeting - Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets and provide ongoing support for budget tracking and analysis.




Financial Reporting - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Tax Compliance - Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and stay informed about changes in tax laws.
Audit Support - Assist in the preparation for and coordination of internal and external audits.
Expense Management - Monitor and control company expenses, reviewing and approving expenditures, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Financial Analysis - Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Accounts Payable and Receivable - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
Financial Systems - Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain data accuracy.
