What you'll do
You'll work closely with the core NPD team and become the face of Native by UC for any recent sourcing partnerships related to new product developments as well as current product improvements. You will own the supply chain journey from sourcing and prototyping to vendor development and procurement for production scale-up.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for mechanical, electronic, and plastic components critical to NPD. Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Cost & Timeline Management for New Product Launches: Own the BoM cost, development costs, and timelines for all new products under development. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure that products are delivered within the agre
