This role is ideal for an experienced accounting skilled who enjoys combining payroll administration with client-focused invoicing responsibilities. You will take ownership of weekly payroll processes for a workforce of approximately 100 employees. Your work will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting smooth and compliant financial operations. You will also manage client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up, helping maintain strong payment relationships. The role requires accuracy, discretion, organization, and a solid understanding of payroll and accounting practices. You will work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
Manage and process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,



and compliance with applicable requirements.
Collect and verify employee information, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Calculate payroll accurately using relevant payroll and accounting systems and ensure all required payments and deductions are properly processed.
Prepare, print, and distribute employee paychecks and address payroll-related questions or concerns.
Process and submit workers' compensation payments and support the administration of related claims.
Respond to and manage claims and payroll-related matters, including workers' compensation and child support requirements.
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients by email and phone to support timely payment.
