Key Responsibilities

Lead the India General Merchandise sourcing portfolio, developing and executing sourcing strategies that support business growth, sourcing diversification, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
Build and manage a high-performing sourcing team, providing leadership, coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning across a multi-category sourcing organisation.
Develop and strengthen supplier partnerships, driving supplier identification, onboarding, capability development, performance improvement, negotiation, and sourcing diversification initiatives.
Lead sourcing execution from product development to shipment, ensuring effective costing, critical path management, risk mitigation, quality compliance, and on-time delivery.
