Financial Analyst-Lease Enablement Description - Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of recent ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Responsibilities:



Provide Business Finance support for the Integrated Leasing business, including account-level P&L; analysis, revenue, cost, margin, profitability reporting, and identification of key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities. Support deal-level forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability assessment, ensuring accurate business and operational inputs are reflected in forecasts, and perform forecast-versus-actual analysis to identify variances and improve forecast accuracy. Prepare financial reporting, dashboards, management analysis, scenario modelling, and business insights to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and operational decision-making. Partner with Customer Delivery Managers and Contract Management Operations to monitor deal and account profitability and support the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including lease initiation, asset installation, billing, and revenue realization.
