Lead governance forums with infrastructure and vendor teams. Establish KPI, KRI, SLA, and operational health reporting. Strong expertise in ITIL-based service management, change management, disaster recovery and efficient mainframe operations Track audit findings, remediation plans, and risk register actions. Govern vendor service delivery and operational performance. Govern availability, capacity, performance, backup, and disaster recovery. Oversee change, release, and problem management processes.
