About the Role
Agnim Engineerz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, developing customer relationships, and creating business opportunities in the Fire Protection, Fire Fighting, MEP and Industrial Projects sector.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, comfortable with field visits, and interested in technical sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking and market research.
Develop and maintain a database of potential industrial clients, consultants, contractors and decision-makers.
Contact prospective clients and understand their project requirements.




Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
Promote the company's Fire Protection, Fire Fighting, MEP and Industrial Engineering services.
Coordinate with the technical/engineering team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals and tenders.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
Identify upcoming industrial projects, plant expansions, maintenance and CAPEX requirements.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, meetings, leads and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of confirmed projects.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Fire & Safety, or a relevant field.
1–4 years of experience in Business Devel
