Role Purpose

Lead the strategy, product development, onboarding, orchestration, and engineering evolution of the Core Next Generation Connectivity Services (CNGCS) portfolio. The role requires expertise in TCx Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Billing (O2C/O2B) journeys, Master Service Orchestrator (MSO) integrations, AI-driven automation, API ecosystems, and Programmable Networks to deliver seamless customer onboarding, automated service fulfilment, and Zero-Touch MACD capabilities across Hybrid and Core Next Generation Connectivity products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive portfolio strategy, product roadmap, lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives for CNGCS services.
Lead modernization of L2O, O2C/O2B, and T2R customer journeys through automation,



orchestration, and digital transformation.
Own end-to-end telecom software product development, product onboarding, and service lifecycle management.
Lead implementation and integration of MSO, Cisco NSO, and orchestration platforms enabling automated fulfilment and service activation.
Drive adoption of Programmable Networks to support software-driven provisioning, agile bandwidth upgrades, self-service capabilities, and Zero-Touch MACD operations.
Design and govern API-led integrations across CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing, and Network platforms.
Provide Telecom domain expertise across OSS/BSS transformation programs leveraging TM Forum eTOM, SID, TAM/ODA frameworks.
Lead AI-enabled automation initiatives for fulfilment, assurance, service operations, and customer experience.
