Summary

We are seeking a Web3 Growth & Marketing Lead with deep expertise in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across crypto ecosystems — especially on Solana. The ideal candidate has led multiple token launches, built and scaled active Web3 communities across X, Telegram, and Discord, and executed data-driven growth strategies using advanced analytics and marketing automation tools. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end growth operations, lifecycle marketing with full compliance, and maintaining brand integrity in a fast-evolving crypto landscape.

Job Description

Core Requirements

4+ years of proven Web3/Crypto growth experience, including 2+ successful token launches (Solana experience strongly preferred).
Expertise in managing X (Twitter), Telegram & Discord communities, AMAs, KOL partnerships, and community health.
Solid Lifecycle & Email Marketing knowledge with compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL). Hands-on with Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or HubSpot.
Analytics pro: GA4, Mixpanel, cohort analysis, experiment design, and on-chain analytics (Dune, Flipside,



The Graph); SQL a plus.
Solid understanding of Tokenomics — incentives, vesting, liquidity, and behavioral design.
Skilled in brand safety, risk management, and handling crypto policy compliance.
Exceptional writing skills — from content to campaign reports.

Technical Skills

Nice to Have

Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem (Raydium, Orca, Jupiter, Anchor).
Experience in creator economy operations and performance-based KOL programs.
PR & event strategy for Web3 — including analyst and conference relations.
Familiarity with AI/LLM campaigns, RAG workflows, and integration with IRMA Engine or similar tools.

Marketing Ops: Segment, Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable.
