The Role
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, initiating conversations, following up with prospects and scheduling qualified meetings for the PIXELS TRAIL team.
This is a hands-on business development role. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, communicating with decision-makers and turning cold prospects into genuine business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google,



business directories, databases and other online channels.
Use LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to identify decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads for branding, website, graphic design, SEO, social media and digital marketing services.
Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and follow-ups.
Make outbound calls when required.
Connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, directors, CMOs and other decision-makers.
Understand prospects' business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, decision-making authority and timeline.
Schedule qualified meetings with prospects.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline.
Track daily and weekly lead-generation activities and results.
