We are expanding our B2B commercial outreach across Delhi NCR. We do not operate a retail high-street showroom, nor do we supply digital consumer leads. Instead, we provide our sales leaders with an industrial advantage: direct factory pricing, automated German/Italian-grade precision finishing, reliable lead times, and a dedicated factory gallery to host your professional clients.
This role is built for a senior project sales skilled who already controls an active network of residential builders, turnkey contractors, and practicing architects, and needs a precision manufacturing backbone to fulfill their projects.
Key Responsibilities
Monetize Your Existing Network: Activate and leverage your existing portfolio of residential builders, luxury developers, turnkey civil contractors, and architects across South Delhi, Gurgaon, West Delhi,



and Noida.
BOQ Conversion & Tender Closures: Secure and close modular cabinetry packages for multi-unit builder floors and bespoke luxury residences from initial BOQ submission to contract signing.
Factory Gallery Engagements: Host your builder partners, contractors, and architects at our South Delhi automated facility and demo display to showcase our carcass engineering, handle-free edge details, and production scale.
Commercial Governance: Oversee site readiness verification, coordinate technical requirements with our internal drafting team, and enforce disciplined milestone commercial terms before factory dispatch.
Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Established Rolodex: Must come with a verifiable, active portfolio of residential builders, project contractors, and architects across Delhi NCR. You are expected to bring qualified project opportunities to the table from Month 1.
