Open Positions Team Lead / Senior Data Centre Engineer – 1 position Requirements: At least 7 years of data-centre or infrastructure operations experience Experience leading an on-site technical operations team Strong service-management, reporting and customer communication skills Knowledge of incident, problem, change and escalation management Able to manage shift rosters, SLA performance, operational reporting and vendor coordination ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred L2 Data Centre Engineer – 3 positions Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on data-centre operations experience Experience supporting servers, storage and network equipment Able to perform hardware troubleshooting, parts replacement, rack-and-stack and structured cabling Basic network troubleshooting,
