We are looking for a performance-driven Associate – Performance Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital acquisition campaigns across Google and Meta. The role will focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue, and campaign efficiency while leveraging data and insights to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance and ensure campaigns are aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Support bidding, budget allocation, campaign structuring, and ongoing optimization.
Conduct A/B tests and experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign setups.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics including CAC, CVR, ROAS, RTO/RVP, prepaid %, and LTV.
Identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.




Support forecasting and performance planning based on historical trends and campaign data.
Work with analytics and attribution tools to understand channel and campaign effectiveness.
Creative & CRO Collaboration
Work closely with the creative team to develop and test performance-led ad creatives.
Provide data-backed inputs on ad messaging, formats, audiences, and creative performance.
Support website and landing-page optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
E-commerce & Growth
Monitor campaign performance across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS platforms.
Work with internal teams to identify opportunities across the customer funnel.
Support broader D2C growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
