About the Role

You will be the voice of ARTMiE in two places at once: on the helpline for different markets, and across all of ARTMiE's social media channels for every country it operates in, including the global account.

This is a people job before it is a marketing job.



Most of your day is spent answering real questions from real customers, some of them frustrated, some of them curious, some of them about to buy something for the first time. The rest is spent making ARTMiE's social presence a place worth coming back to.

ARTMiE's customers are painters, students, hobbyists and art teachers. They care a great deal about what they buy and they ask detailed questions. You will need to care too. You will work closely with the ARTMiE team in Europe.

We work with AI tools across every role at ARTMiE and DravaaX, and this one is no exception. You will use them to draft, translate, summarise and speed up the repetitive parts of the job.

What you'll do

Community management (all markets, plus the global account)
- Read and reply to every comment and direct message across all of ARTMiE's social media channels, for all country accounts
- Answer product questions, order queries and complaints, or escalate them to
