Role Description The Lic Beema Sakhi role is a full-time, on-site position based in Balrampur. The Lic Beema Sakhi will engage with local communities to promote LIC’s insurance products, provide guidance on suitable plans, and support individuals in understanding policy advantages and terms. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, explaining product features, assisting with proposal forms and documentation,



and maintaining regular follow-up to ensure premium payments and policy servicing. The role also involves organizing awareness activities, building long-term relationships with policyholders, and coordinating with LIC branch staff to resolve customer queries efficiently. Lic Beema Sakhi team members are expected to uphold LIC’s ethical standards and contribute to expanding insurance coverage in their designated area.
