The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals N
- .Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes N
- .Follow up on leads andconvert inquiries into admissions N
- .Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets N




- .Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission N
- .Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation N
- .Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learners N
- .Guide students throughfinancial aid, scholarships, and installment plans N
- .Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements N
