Manager—Digital Production

Seeking a leader to drive digital production delivery across web, email, and marketing automation, with accountability for quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role manages teams and workflows, oversees project execution, and drives continuous improvement in processes, standards, and operating efficiency.

The work you’ll do

Lead the development, editing, and maintenance of Deloitte.com web pages and sites to ensure content is timely, effective, and aligned with campaign strategy.




Own the creation and delivery of personalized email campaigns featuring Deloitte thoughtware, newsletters, webcasts, and events.
Establish and enforce quality standards for web, social, and email publishing, ensuring compliance with Deloitte guidelines and consistent execution.
Manage projects end to end across initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
Lead web production strategy as a channel to maximize campaign impact, including site audits, process documentation, and template testing.
Oversee marketing automation operations for email campaign management, including forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, progressive profiling, and lead scoring.
Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain aligned to scope, quality, and timeline commitments.
