About the Role
We are looking for proactive and driven interns to support the Google for AI program in India.
The role involves working closely with NGO partners, understanding their AI readiness, identifying gaps, and ensuring NGOs sign up for the AI learning community. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with external stakeholders, comfortable with persuasion and follow-ups, and capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities
NGO Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to NGO partners to understand their work and current AI capabilities. Present and pitch the Google for AI program, build interest,
and convince partners to participate.
Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with NGO partners and relevant stakeholders, manage follow-ups, track action points and timelines, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the activity lifecycle.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify challenges or gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to find practical solutions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to initiate conversations, build relationships, and effectively pitch and influence stakeholders.
Good coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
Strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Smart, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
