We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Technical Sales Specialist to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of our products, a thorough understanding of the DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) manufacturing process and its downstream applications, and the ability to effectively communicate the company's vision and value proposition to customers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the company's products, solutions, and applications.

Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions.

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, distributors, OEMs, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.

Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sales proposals to customers and prospects.

Effectively communicate the company's vision, strategic direction, and product advantages to the market.

Gather, analyse, and report market intelligence,



including competitor activities, industry trends, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.

Support customers with technical guidance and application expertise to ensure optimal product utilisation.

Work closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams to develop and execute market growth strategies.
Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement activities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering within the textile or related industrial sector.
