Functional Role (Job Description)

Individual will be responsible for a range of critical financial activities, including Asset management, transfer pricing, inter-company transaction management and Budgeting. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, IFRS and the ability to act as a key liaison between our Global Asset Unit team and different stakeholders, including higher leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. This position will be crucial in ensuring that all asset-related financial data is accurate, compliant,



and clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

Education Background

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or relevant field.

Skilled Accounting Qualification (CA/CMA or equivalent)

Work Experience

Typically requires 10-12+ years relevant experience

Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Accounting

Manage the full accounting lifecycle for intangible assets, including capitalization of costs, amortization calculations, and impairment testing.
Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all intangible asset transactions in accordance with IFRS or GAAP standards.
Collaborate closely with business development teams to correctly categorize expenses as either operating exp (Opex) or capital exp (Capex).

Revenue & Inter-Company Management:

Recognize revenue by charging operating companies (OpCos) for
