Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and, ideally, prior exposure to the architecture, interior design, or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through outbound and inbound channels
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact through to closing
Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present III Studio's design capabilities
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and other referral partners
Prepare and negotiate proposals,



quotations, and contracts
Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/spreadsheet tools
Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution
Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences in the interiors/architecture space

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Prior experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate industry strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with client-facing meetings and site visits as needed
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline end-to-end
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting
