Role Overview
We're Goela School of Finance — a finance-education brand. Content is how we grow: Instagram, YouTube, and the founders' own pages. We've built a big audience — 1.2 million followers across our channels — and a lot of our leads come straight from that content. Right now it all happens in bits and pieces. We want one person to own it — plan what we post, run it across every channel, and make sure everything that goes out looks good, fits our brand, and brings in leads.
This is an ownership role. You'll plan the content, get hands-on (join shoots, help with scripts, make quick graphics), and guide our editors and designers so what they make matches the plan. You'll own all our social media — both the company's and the founders'.
If you're valuable at planning content but also love actually making things happen — the kind of person who quickly makes a banner with an AI tool instead of waiting on someone — this is a great seat, working right next to the founders.





What you'll own:
The content plan across Instagram, YouTube, and the founders' and company pages — what we post, why, and how it grows our audience.
Content that brings in leads — a big part of our leads come from our organic content, so you plan and post with leads in mind, not just views and likes. This is the lens for everything you make.
The full journey — from idea to posted, for both short videos and long ones.
The team's output — guide our editors and designers so what they make fits the plan and looks good. You make sure the right thing goes out.
Shoots — be on set with the founders, help with scripts and flow, keep things on track.
Some scripting — shape the hooks and ideas. You don't have to write every word, but you guide the content.
Quick graphics — use AI tools to make simple things yourself (banners, carousels, small graphics), so the editors and designers aren't pulled in for every littl
