Sr Associate – Fulfillment
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–3 Years | Function: Supply Chain
? Key Responsibilities
Order management in system for B2B dispatches for all market places / channels.
Familiarity with OMS / WMS system is essential
Completion of B2B order delivery process (uploading PL, ad hoc marketplace requirements)
Extensive coordination with transporters for delivery schedule adherence
Coordinate with warehouse team for daily distribution plan
RTO for B2B dispatches and coordination with respective POC for closure and inventory management.
Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment MIS and track operational KPIs.
Managing daily adhoc activities including for fulfillment
Procurement of warehouse packing material for daily dispatches
? What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Fulfillment / Supply Chain.
Mandatory hands-on experience across both E-commerce AND Quick Commerce.
Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
Experience in Cosmetics / Beauty / FMCG / Personal Care will be preferred.
Experience in WMS / OMS systems
Excellent Excel Skills
