Role Summary

The Performance & Volume Tester leads end-to-end performance engineering, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. The role analyses system performance, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends optimisations.

Key Responsibilities

Define performance test strategies and plans.
Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
Analyse performance across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend optimisations.
Validate performance requirements and support capacity planning.
Produce dashboards, reports, and continuous improvement insights.
