Bimtrack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian BIM and drafting solutions provider operating as the dedicated delivery partner for Orbit Engineering Services Pty Ltd, an Australian MEP consultancy specializing in HVAC 3D BIM modeling for commercial and residential projects.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead BIM Coordinator / Assistant BIM Manager to lead our HVAC modeling and drafting operations in office in Noida Sector 18. You will manage production timelines, lead clash coordination meetings, enforce Revit MEP standards, and directly supervise junior modelers and QA engineers on Australian projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day BIM delivery across mechanical/HVAC projects, ensuring on-time milestone submissions.
Run federated model coordination, clash detection, and resolution reports in Navisworks Manage.
Set up Revit project templates, worksets, family creation (LOD 300–400), and sheet automation standards.




Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Sydney-based project engineering team.
Mentor, train, and allocate workloads for a team of Revit modelers and QA/QC checkers.

Requirements

Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on MEP BIM modeling and team coordination experience, with an HVAC focus.
Software: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage, and Bluebeam Revu. AutoCAD proficiency required.
Technical Leadership: Proven track record running multi-service clash detection and managing drawing deliverable schedules.
Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site at Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Advantage: Prior experience delivering projects under Australian codes (AS/NZS) and standards.
