About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Associate who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and using data to drive better outcomes. This role is customer-facing first, with a strong focus on data, Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, understand their requirements, track performance, identify opportunities and collaborate with Product, AI and Engineering teams to deliver results.

What You’ll Do




Build robust relationships with enterprise clients and become a trusted point of contact.
Understand customer requirements, challenges and feedback, and drive them to resolution.
Use Excel and Google Sheets to analyse customer and agent performance data, identify issues and generate actionable insights.
Monitor AI agent performance and help improve customer outcomes.
Write, test and optimize prompts and conversation flows using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
Work with Product, AI, Engineering and Operations teams to solve customer problems.
Experiment with new prompts, features, and tools before they go live.
Own projects and follow through from problem identification to resolution.

What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Client Servicing, Business Development, SaaS or other customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
