Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the B2B Marketing team by driving data-driven decision making, reporting excellence, and seamless campaign execution. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights, maintaining marketing operations processes, and ensuring the effective execution and measurement of marketing programs across the region.



The ideal candidate combines robust analytical skills with marketing technology expertise and a passion for improving processes that drive business growth.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

Own weekly lead reporting and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility into marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and lead progression.
Develop executive, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting materials that provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Manage webinar and virtual event setup through ON24 and Swoogo, ensuring seamless registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Partner with Events, Sales, and Marketing teams to implement and optimize lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes across all campaigns and events.
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing business reviews through da
