Job Description – Business Office Manager
Position: Business Office Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10–12+ years
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Insurance, Billing, Collections and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably from a large hospital or healthcare organization. The candidate should have excellent IT, MIS and analytical skills, robust communication abilities and the capability to manage high-volume business office operations and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Business Office and Revenue Cycle Management operations.
Lead billing, insurance, cashless,



TPA and collections processes.
Drive timely billing, claim submission, follow-up, reconciliation and outstanding collections.
Monitor AR, ageing, denials, claim rejections and revenue leakage and take corrective actions.
Ensure effective coordination with Insurance Companies, TPAs, patients, doctors and internal departments.
Establish and monitor processes to improve revenue realization and collection efficiency.
Prepare and review MIS, dashboards and key business/RCM performance reports.
Ensure accurate data management and effective utilization of hospital IT systems, HIS/ERP and billing software.
Lead, mentor and manage the Business Office team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Work closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical and IT teams to resolve billing and revenue-related issues.
