Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex application components and integrations aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards.
Review solution designs and code to improve consistency, maintainability, security, and compliance.
Lead technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production issues.
Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards, reusable components, and development best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into practical technical solutions.
Skills Required:
5-10 years of relevant software development experience.
Robust hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Power Automate, and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.




Experience designing enterprise application architecture and integrating solutions across Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions with strong attention to solution quality and reliability.
Experience working with Agile delivery practices and collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams.
Good to Have:
Experience with Angular, React, Azure DevOps, and low-code development approaches.
Exposure to Python or Go in application development environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
