Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Deployment & Strategic Action: Lead the end-to-end execution of field campaigns. Responsibilities include deploying 1GEN’s fintech modules and social impact initiatives directly within designated target markets.
Operational Strategy & Scaling: Analyse field dynamics, community feedback, and demographic data to develop scalable operational frameworks that enhance our reach and efficiency.
Exceptional Handling & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of resolution for ground-level operational exceptions. Identify logistical, technical, or environmental bottlenecks in real time and implement immediate, effective solutions.
