? Key Responsibilities
End-to-end monthly payroll processing and vendor coordination
Payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and compliance checks
Administration of PF, leave encashment, medical benefits, and employee loan schemes
Management of Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to employee compensation
Coordination with auditors and management of payroll audits
Preparation of payroll MIS, statutory reports, and employee benefit records
Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger payroll controls

? Experience
12-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Employee Advantages, and Statutory Compliance
Sound knowledge of PF, PT, Income Tax, and payroll accounting
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process improvement capabilities

? Qualifications
MBA (Finance) or Mcom
