Role

The role of Technical Coordinator - Entitlements requires good understanding of various investment instruments like Equities, Fixed Income Products, Asset Backed Securities and Unit trust assets. Positive understanding of wire payments, tax application/reclaims on Corporate Action events, valuation reporting etc.



Core responsibilities include monitoring control activities for the team and managing the daily activities, escalation & queries management, placing high emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and client servicing. Identify process gaps and work on mitigating risk through process improvement initiatives or projects.
The position requires experience and in-depth knowledge of security service industry and financial instruments

General
- Monitor and ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables.
- Improve on performance through process improvement and continuous training.
- Participates in developing the business unit strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit. Follows through to ensure objectives are met
- Implement consistent best practice and monitor the standards as agreed with the home locations.
