Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist at Progoez. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating hot leads, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage with prospects, and driving leads. The specialist will also be involved in conducting research to identify target markets and develop strategies to attract new leads.

SALARY RANGE
The budget for the role is INR 15-22k based on experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various channels Utilizing Lead generation tools such as Google, and other free databases to identify and extract contact information of potential leads.




- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their suitability for Progoez Marketing services.
- Initiate contact with prospects through emails, and other communication channels to generate interest.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify current opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Generate a Minimum target of leads per day.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Experiment with different follow-up strategies, timing, and communication channels to optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO/Website lead generation domain is a must for small, and medium-size companies in the US
- Should have at least 3000+ email IDs
- Must have experience in sending
