Summary
We are seeking a Manager to lead business analysis and data-led transformation initiatives across Wealth & Asset Management and Capital Markets. The role will own solution shaping, stakeholder alignment, workstream planning, delivery governance,
and review of key BA and data deliverables. The candidate will guide teams working on consolidated order/trade data stores, multi-asset class data flows, system integrations, workflow modernization, data quality, and AI-enabled delivery improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams across WAM, Capital Markets, data modernization, and system integration programs.
Own solution discussions with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data teams, technology teams, QA, vendors, and delivery leadership.
Define the BA delivery approach, workstream plan, requirement strategy, documentation standards, review cadence, risks, issues, dependencies, and sign-off path.
Drive requirements workshops, decision forums, prioritization discussions, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
