This role goes beyond traditional secretarial and compliance responsibilities. You will work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team, gaining broad exposure across corporate governance, legal and regulatory matters, finance, strategic initiatives, investor relations, and business operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Company Secretary,



you will have the opportunity to work across:

Corporate Governance & Secretarial Functions – Managing statutory and secretarial compliances, board processes, corporate governance requirements, and related documentation.
Legal & Regulatory Affairs – Supporting legal and regulatory matters and coordinating with external legal and compliance advisors.
Finance & Corporate Strategy – Working closely with Finance and leadership on corporate structuring, strategic initiatives, and related matters.
HR & ESOP Administration – Supporting ESOP-related processes, corporate records, and employee-related corporate compliance.
Investor Relations & Fundraising – Supporting fundraising processes, due diligence, investor documentation, and related corporate requirements.
Business Operations & Strategic Projects – Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the busines
