n About the Role:
nWe are looking for enthusiastic, motivated MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees – Sales & Marketing . This role is designed to train candidates in IT sales, marketing, and business development , providing hands-on exposure to real-world client interactions and growth-oriented opportunities in the IT industry.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.n
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.n
- Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.n




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.n
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.n

n Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/BBA ( recent graduates) from reputed business schools.n
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.n
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.n
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools .n
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards).n
- Strong PowerPoint skills (qualified presentations and visual storytelling).n
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.n
- Confidence and willingness to learnn
- Ready to Travel when requiredn
- Positive attitude and result-oriented mindsetn
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet). n
