n We are looking for a Product Manager to support customer experience products with a focus on billing, licensing, usage analytics, and product capabilities . The role will work closely with customers, engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
n Key Responsibilities
n Product Management

- Own product initiatives from ideation through execution and launch .n
- Define product priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.n
- Identify gaps in existing billing and licensing capabilities and develop solutions to address them.n
- Define product requirements, features, and priorities.n

n Billing & Licensing
n
- n
- Drive billing, licensing, provisioning, and usage measurement capabilities.n
- Develop a solid understanding of customer experience licensing and billing models.n
- Partner with technical teams to improve usage metrics, billing visibility,



and license management.n
- Support solutions that provide customers with predictable billing and better visibility into usage.n

n Customer & Market Insights
n
- n
- Work directly with enterprise customers and partners to understand business needs and pain points.n
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis.n
- Use data and market insights to guide product decisions.n

n Cross-Functional Collaboration
n
- n
- Partner with Engineering, UX/Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.n
- Support go-to-market activities, product adoption, and post-launch improvements.n
- Communicate product strategy and requirements across globally distributed teams.n

n Required Qualifications
n
- n
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience .n
- Strong understanding of product billing and licensing models .n
- Experience with provisioning, licensing, or subscription manag
