About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to the Telecom domain to build advanced analytics and Machine Learning solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with large-scale telecom datasets such as CDR, network KPIs, subscriber data, usage patterns, network logs, alarms and OSS/BSS data.
? Key Skills
• Strong Python, Pandas, NumPy & Scikit-learn
• Strong SQL and PySpark / Spark
• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
• Regression, Classification & Clustering
• Feature Engineering & Model Optimization
• Time Series Forecasting & Anomaly Detection
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• ML Model Deployment & MLOps
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
? Telecom Domain Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
• CDR Analytics
• Customer Churn & Retention
• Subscriber / Customer Analytics
• Network Performance & KPIs
• Network Alarms & Logs
• OSS/BSS
• 4G/5G Analytics
• RAN / Core Network Data
• Network Optimization
• Fraud Analytics
• Traffic, Revenue & Usage Analytics
• Capacity Planning & Forecasting
⭐ Good to Have
Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, Tableau, Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents or Vector Databases.
? Ideal Candidate
Someone who can independently own Data Science projects, work with complex telecom data, build and deploy ML models, and turn data into actionable business and network insights.
