About the Role

SamSha Marketing is looking for a Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to manage advertising campaigns for assigned clients and drive measurable business outcomes, including qualified leads, sales, revenue and improved campaign profitability.

The ideal candidate should combine performance marketing expertise with strong creative thinking, client communication and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

* Plan, create, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns.
* Set up campaign structures, targeting, audiences, budgets and objectives.
* Monitor campaigns regularly and implement necessary optimisations.
* Identify underperforming campaigns, ad sets, audiences and creatives, and take corrective action.

Performance & Revenue Growth

* Work towards the agreed performance objectives for assigned clients.




* Focus on generating qualified leads, sales, revenue and other relevant business outcomes.
* Monitor key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, sales and campaign profitability.
* Use campaign data to improve overall marketing performance.

Creative Strategy

* Develop creative strategies based on the target audience, product or service, market positioning and campaign objectives.
* Create hooks, concepts, messaging angles, offers and testing recommendations.
* Share relevant creative references and briefs with the design and creative teams.
* Research competitors, market trends, advertising trends and high-performing creative approaches.
* Coordinate with the creative team to ensure campaigns receive the required assets on time.

Client Communication

* Maintain professional and timely communication with assigned clients.
* Share campaign updates, performance insights and recommend
