We are now building our DELMIA training vertical and are looking for an experienced educator to lead it.

The Role

You will design and deliver structured DELMIA training programs on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for two audiences: working manufacturing/automation professionals, and engineering students preparing for industry roles. You will own the technical content end to end, from syllabus to capstone project, and teach it live in online cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

Design a modular DELMIA curriculum covering robotics simulation, offline programming, and manufacturing process planning
Deliver live online sessions (weekday evenings and/or weekends)



to small professional and student batches
Build hands-on exercises, industry-relevant case studies, datasets and capstone projects
Prepare demo and webinar sessions to support course launches
Evaluate learner assignments and provide technical feedback and doubt-clearing support
Keep content current with current DELMIA and 3DEXPERIENCE releases
Collaborate with our content and marketing teams on course outlines, brochures and promotional material

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on professional experience with DELMIA
Strong working knowledge of one or more DELMIA domains:
Robotics Simulation and Offline Programming (Robot Programmer, Device Task Definition)
Manufacturing Process Planning (Process Planner, Assembly Process Simulation)
Ergonomics / H
