Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records and HR systems. The role will ensure smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate and updated employee master data and personnel records.
Manage employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, changes in designation and other employee movements.
Coordinate employee exit formalities, full & final settlement,



relieving and experience letters.
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and HR-related formalities.
Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, processes and documentation.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late marks, regularisation and absenteeism.
Ensure timely and accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing.
Coordinate with managers and employees for attendance and leave-related discrepancies.
Maintain leave records and ensure adherence to company policies.
Monitor attendance and manpower reports for retail and corporate teams, wherever applicable.
Payroll & Compensation Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
Validate attendance, leave, recent joiners, exits, salary revisions, incentives and other payroll-related inputs.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Support the annual appraisal
