Work directly with the founder building an experiential resort

Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre experiential resort and farm stay in Gurugram, about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway.
This is a full time, on-site role for a Founder’s Office Associate located in Rangmanch Farms, Gurugram (near Sector 89).
The candidate will support the founders in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and special projects across the farm and events business.

This is NOT an IT, software or data-analytics job. There is no coding, no desk-only work. It is an on-ground, people-facing role — guests, vendors, business development, partner management, events, site visits and follow-ups. If most of your experience is in IT services, software development or data analytics, this role will not be a fit, and we will not be able to consider your application.

What you will do
The Founder’s Office Associate will spend 60% of the time on operational tasks and 40% of the time on important strategic initiatives.
• Lead special projects given by the founder




• Strategise and manage events at the property, working closely with vendors and various teams
• Liaison and coordinate with VIP guests
• Manage social media — content calendar, posting, festive and marketing posts, coordination with bloggers
• Work on Meta ads, Google ads, SEO
• Track guest reviews and ratings on Google, TripAdvisor and travel platforms, and respond to them
• B2B partner network management
• Find new vendors and suppliers
• Manage branding and print collateral — brochures, signages, branding material etc.
• Lead initiatives to improve the guest experience at the property
• Write SOPs, coordinate between departments, help with hiring, and keep follow-ups moving

No two days will be similar or boring. This is not for the faint hearted, and you must be willing to get into the trenches and get down to the root cause by applying first principles thinking to fix anything.
