Why This Role Exists
This BDE Intern role exists to widen our funnel: more first conversations, more qualified leads, more markets touched, faster. If you do this well, you're not just "getting sales exposure." You're directly responsible for how many doors OneIoT walks through this quarter. We will measure that, and we'll tell you honestly how you're doing against it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own a target list, not just a task list. You'll be given territories and account segments (cold-chain,



logistics, manufacturing, or recent geographies) and expected to work them systematically — not just show up where told.
- Travel to where the deals are. This role requires travel — within Hyderabad, regular trips outside the city, and periodic travel across India for events, client visits, and market scoping.
- Run the first mile of the sales cycle. Prospecting, cold outreach, walk-ins, initial pitches, and qualifying whether a lead is worth the sales team's time. You're the filter, not just the messenger.
- Support live deals. Sit in on demos and client meetings as a second pair of hands — noting objections, following up on action items, and learning how a deal actually gets negotiated and closed, not just pitched.
- Bring back intelligence, not just leads. Every client conversation is a chance to learn what competitors are doing, what price points land, and what objections keep coming up. W
