N nWe’re hiring a Sales Manager for a profitable and rapid-growing B2B mature startup specializing in Compliance, Identity Verification, and Fraud management. As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities would be:

- Manage the entiresales cycle from claiming the lead to closing the sale, acting as the main point of contact for prospective clients. N
- Build deep rapport withprospective clients, including researching clients prior to outreach, staying informed on industry trends, and monitoring competitors. N
- Collaborate with internal team members to respond to high-volume inbound client leads with urgency. N
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the BFSI sector, focusing on specialized IT solutions like AML/CFT, CKYCRR Solution, Enterprise Fraud-Risk,



and Customer Onboarding Analytics. N
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, prepare tailored proposals, and establish strategic partnerships to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. N

- Proven experiencein IT solutions sales specifically within the BFSI domain, banking products tech, or the startup ecosystem. N
- Solid understanding of technology with a mandatory background in selling complex tech solutions to the BFSI sector. N
- Strong full-cycle salesmanagement capabilities, from lead generation and strategic outreach to final closing. N
- Excellent relationship-building skills to connect with key BFSI stakeholders and build lasting client rapport. N
- Openness to feedback, adaptability, and the drive to help evolve demand generation strategies and tactics. N
- Willingness to travel for mandatory business meetings and attend the local office regularly. N
