n GenZCoderBuddy is looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Partner to help us reach more students, professionals, and potential customers.
nIf you're good at finding people, starting conversations, following up, and closing sales , this role is for you.

What You'll Do n
n
- n
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, communities, cold outreach, and other channels.n
- Identify people who are genuinely interested in learning coding, AI, GenAI, and technology.n
- Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to GenZCoderBuddy's programs.n
- Understand their requirements and answer basic questions about our offerings.n
- Follow up with interested prospects.n
- Convert leads into successful registrations .n
- Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.n
- Continuously experiment with current ways to generate and convert leads.n

Compensation — 15% Commission n
nThis is a purely commission-based role with NO fixed salary.
nYou will earn:




15% commission on every successful registration you generate. nFor example:
n₹10,000 course → ₹1,500 commission per registration
n10 registrations → ₹15,000 commission
n20 registrations → ₹30,000 commission
nThere is no fixed earning limit . Your earnings depend entirely on the number of successful registrations you bring in.

Who We're Looking For nWe're looking for someone who:

- Has strong communication and persuasion skills.n
- Is comfortable with cold calling/cold messaging.n
- Can independently find and approach potential customers.n
- Is persistent with follow-ups.n
- Understands basic sales and lead-generation techniques.n
- Is target-driven and motivated by commission-based earnings.n
- Can confidently explain and promote our programs.n
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for leads to be provided.n
