We are recruiting Software/Hardware Technician. The ideal candidates should have a real interest in working in Technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

Installs/services various banking equipment
Verifies that the site environment meets the requirements prior to installation or rollout
Accounts for all installation tools/equipment and all job parts/inventory
Communicates effectively and frequently with management, direct supervisor, and other company personnel
Provides excellent customer service while on the job site
Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner according to established procedures and deadlines
Performs all work to company quality standards and practices
Escalates problems and reassigning calls when appropriate




Participates as a member of the Technician Team
Completes preventive maintenance inspections

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Hardware)
Experience in Visual C++, C#, Java, xml, html, .Net Framework and other Microsoft Visual tools will be an advantage
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows 10 and MS SQL
Dynamic and Self Motivated
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Be ready to travel and work outside normal working hours
Driving License
