About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive who can manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, influencer and execution teams.
Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations and campaign updates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners wherever required.
Track campaign progress, deliverables and client feedback.
Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and grow accounts.
Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For




2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of advertising, digital and social media.
Excellent coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable handling clients independently.
