As we scale rapidly across India, the US and other international markets, we are looking for a strong Legal Manager to build and manage Flam’s legal function and support the business across commercial, corporate and international matters.
This is a high-ownership, business-facing legal role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with business, finance, sales and leadership teams rather than operating purely as a legal reviewer.

The Role
As Legal Manager, you will be responsible for managing Flam’s day-to-day legal requirements, primarily for Flam India, while also supporting Flam US contracts and legal matters.

You will work closely with the CFO, sales/GTM, finance,



HR and leadership teams to ensure that Flam can close business quickly while appropriately managing legal and commercial risk.
The role will involve a mix of commercial contracting, corporate legal, compliance, employment matters and international contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Contracts
Own the end-to-end contracting process for Flam, including:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating:
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
SaaS / Platform agreements
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Enterprise customer agreements
Vendor and supplier agreements
NDAs and confidentiality agreements
Partnership and strategic alliance agreements
Reseller / distribution agreements
Data processing and privacy agreements
Support the sales and GTM teams in negotiating enterprise contracts.
Identify commercial and legal risks and provide practical recommendations to the business.
Develop standard contract templates, fallback clauses and negotiation playbooks.
Establish processes to ensure contracts are executed, stored and
