Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Sales Application Engineer to develop business and provide application support to customers in the assigned region.
This is a full-time,



field-oriented role that requires a combination of technical knowledge, application engineering and sales ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customers while supporting and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their machining requirements and tooling challenges.
- Recommend suitable solid carbide drills, end mills and other cutting-tool solutions based on customer applications.
- Promote and develop sales across the NMC Tools, Sutton Tools and Recoil product portfolios.
- Conduct and support product trials at customer locations and demonstrate improvements in tool life, productivity, cycle time and machining performance.
- Provide technical support related to cutting parameters, tooling selection and application optimization.
