Role Overview:-
As a Program Intern, you will work directly with the Campus Head in a cross-functional capacity, stepping into whichever area needs attention on any given day – admissions one week, placements the next, hostel operations when the situation demands. This is not a siloed, back-office internship; you won’t be assigned to a single function. Instead, you’ll move fluidly across campus operations based on priority, learning how an educational institution works end-to-end. Your work will have a direct,



visible impact on the student experience.

What You Could Be Working On:-
The following are the functional areas you’ll operate across. Your focus will shift based on the need of the hour, campus calendar, and emerging priorities.

Campus & Hostel Operations
• Assist in day-to-day campus operations including facility coordination, vendor management, and logistics.
• Help maintain operational checklists, trackers, and SOPs to ensure nothing falls through the
cracks.

Student Experience & Welfare
• Be a point of contact for student concerns – escalating issues, following up on resolutions, and maintaining feedback loops.
• Help plan and execute student engagement activities: orientation programs, cultural events,
workshops, and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to the Progression Charter – a structured framework to continually improve student experience and outcomes.
